Self-Reflection: What is one thing you learned about metamorphic rock that you did not know before this activity? Did you enjoy the activity? Was it easier or more difficult working in groups? Add any other comments you would like.
1. Metamorphic rocks are made by sedimentary rocks which are buried deep in the Earth. The sedimentary rocks are buried deep in the Earth at high pressure and high temperatures. The metamorphic rocks form near two tetonic plates coming together. The colliding tetonic plates squish the rocks up and hot pools of magma heat the rocks up.
ReplyDelete2.Some examples of metamorphic rocks are mica, lapis lazuli, anthrocite coal, marble, gneiss, slate, and quartzite.
3. Some ways humans use metamorphic rocks are by using lapis lazuli for jewelery. Humans use marble for building buildings and statues. Humans in the olden days used slate to make chalkboards for the chalkboards on the wall and for students. Anthrocite coal is used for fuel.
Self Reflection: Something that I learned about metamorphic rocks that I did not know before was that metamorphic rocks formed underground. I enjoyed the activity. I enjoyed the activity because I enjoyed watching the videos which we used to get information for our type of rock. I also enjoy finding facts about rocks. To me it is easier to work in groups. It is easier to work in groups because everybody can work together.
1.Metamorphic rocks are form deep inside the earth's core. when sedimentary rocks are under pressuer and heat.then,the metamorphic forms between two tectonic plates that are coming together.which pushes the rock to a pool of magma.

Self Reflection:Something i didn't know about metamorphic rocks was that you could use rocks to build things.I liked this activity because you can learn about rocks and things you didn't know.It was easier because you could get more opinions from your group and you can make your presentation about your rock more interesting.

self reflection: I did not know that there are many different kinds of metamorphic rocks like slate,courtside,and marble.I also did not know that they were used for different for different things like roofs and walk ways.I enjoyed the activity because I learned so much out of it like how did metamorphic rocks are formed and how were they used.Also I enjoyed it because it was fun looking at diffirent things. It was easier working together because we all learned in groups. I hope make another project again.

Self-reflection: I know that metamorphic rock is made from magma and pressure that comes from deep underneath the earth. I enjoyed this activity because you get to know things that you didn't now before. It was more easier because you have people in your group that can help you. I also like my group because when I was sow far behind they helped me.

Carlos, in some sentences you forgot capitals and periods. And your answer to the first question doesn't make sense that much.

Carlos the first sentence makes no sense at all also the sentence never ends. In the second sentence doesent end either and example does not have a s. On the third one a sentence doesn't start with a lower case letter.
